Known worldwide, this beach conveys the meaning of it's name. Just a couple miles away from the also famous Shore Acres State Park, this is the one that makes Oregon;s Bay Area a destination.

Located just north of the Mccullough Bridge in North Bend, this beach became home to the New Carissa in 1999. Even though it has been almost ten years since it ran aground here, the beauty of the long beaches here are still incredible.

BASTENDORF BEACH (CLICK PHOTO FOR BEACH SCENES)

This beach is the locals gathering place of choice. Although not shown in the scene below, the reason for this is simple; bonfires, playing in the surf and creating memories to last a lifetime.

With the current gas prices and other inflation, our hope is to provide you with the opportunity to take a "micro-vacation" to the Oregon Coast.

Growing up here on the Southern Oregon Coast, it is easy to take something like this for granted. I'm sure that there must be something in your home town that you have taken for granted as well.
